Returns are accepted on brand-new (uninstalled) items in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery in exchange for merchandise credit. Exchanges (piston size, compression ratio, etc) are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and parts manufacturer.

How to request a return:

 

• Contact your Clean Injection Sales Person or cleaninjection@msn.com to request your return/exchange.

• We will supply you with a Return Authorization Form that will need to be included inside the package with the parts.

• To avoid a restocking fee, the packaging will need to be in as-new condition (no greasy fingerprints on piston boxes, torn packaging, etc).

• No tape or shipping labels should be applied directly to the manufacturer's packaging. The returned parts must be shipped back in another box with the label on it.

Electronic items that come sealed from the manufacturer cannot be returned unless the factory seal is intact and the item has never been opened.
Items labeled "Call" are special orders and cannot be canceled or returned.

 

We will reach out to you to arrange a refund or exchange once your return is received and processed. Forgetting to include the Return Authorization form with the parts could delay the processing of your return so please remember it and we will process your return as quickly as possible!
